El barrio acoge prácticas artísticas abiertas a la comunidad, teatro en casas, museos, comercio de barrio, oficios tradicionales y expresiones de cultura callejera. En palabras de sus habitantes, se trata de un territorio multicultural, vivo y profundamente diverso.</p> <p>La colección documental <em>Detrás de los Muros</em> reúne materiales que buscan registrar, preservar y compartir lo que ocurre —y ha ocurrido— detrás de las puertas y ventanas de las construcciones que albergan a quienes viven y trabajan en el Barrio Yungay.
